Returns & Refunds Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without the need to provide a reason.

You can cancel your order up to 3 days from the date you received the items, or from when a third party you designate, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

To exercise your cancellation rights, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

We will process your reimbursement no later than 3 days from the day we receive the returned items. We will use the same payment method you used for your order, and you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns:

To ensure that the items are eligible for return, please ensure that:

• The items were purchased within the last 3 days

• The items are in their original packaging

Certain items cannot be returned:

• Items made to your specifications or that are clearly personalized.

• Items that, by their nature, cannot be returned, such as those that deteriorate quickly or whose expiry date has passed.

• Items which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.

• Items that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not comply with the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us. Please send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held liable for items that are damaged or lost during the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mailing service. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the items or proof of return delivery.

Gifts:

If the items were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the items were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present to you later, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
